Attalla, AL – Etowah County lawyer Kyle Pierce announced today that he is seeking the office of State Representative for Alabama’s 28th District. Kyle’s campaign is built upon his roots in Etowah County and the issues he sees through his clients’ eyes every day.
“Etowah County needs homegrown representation that cares about the issues that actually affect our everyday lives, like jobs, education, and infrastructure. It is time for Montgomery politicians to take a back seat to the interests of Etowah County,” said Kyle.
Through Kyle’s law practice, he has worked to defend the innocent, allow single mothers to keep their kids, and hold accountable people who have wronged others. He is also intimately involved in the operations of Capeside Fish Company, his family’s seafood house.
Kyle added, “The reality of Etowah County is a stark contrast to what our leaders in Montgomery and Washington would have us to believe. They’re caught in some hyper partisan deadlock that doesn’t have anything to do with what is best for Etowah County. Alabama deserves better.”
Kyle has a deep connection to Etowah County. He grew up in Attalla, attended Etowah High School, and now practices law in Gadsden. He is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Gadsden, through which he serves as an advisor to the “Circle K” collegiate Kiwanis clubs in Alabama.
Kyle believes that together we can bring jobs to Etowah County, leadership to Montgomery, and honesty to politics. He is excited to begin building a team to do just that.
